The Past Chair is the person who served as National Team Chair the immediate preceding year. The Past Chair serves a one year, non-voting, partially funded position.

The Past Chair is to be available to serve as a resource for the current National Chair and Executive Board. The Past Chair should be available to answer questions, respond to concerns, and participate in meetings and conference calls as requested by the current National Chair and Executive Board.
