The Executive Director (“ED”) serves at the pleasure of the Executive Board and is non-voting and funded. The ED plays a vital role in helping the National Chair prepare for the meetings. Additionally, the ED is expected to attend the quarterly National Team meetings and participate in the monthly National Team conference calls. The ED shall take minutes at each of the meetings and present them to the National Team members for their approval subsequent to the meetings.

The ED is supervised by the National Chair or his designee. The ED is responsible for supervising the National office staff and ensuring the day to day operations of the National office.

The ED is responsible for supporting the National Team as they fulfill their responsibilities to the organization and in ensuring the National office staff also supports the National Team as needed.
