This Committee, under the supervision of the Committee Chair, is responsible for developing programs that can be used on both national and local levels.

Responsibilities include:

Building and Maintaining current programs and projects, including:

• National Resource Bank; and
• State Coalition Guidelines.

Developing a plan for future programs and special projects in coordination with the Executive Board.

Coordinating programs and projects throughout the country, for example:

• National Volunteer Days; and
• Retreats.

Resourcing successful regional programs and projects for use by other regions or at a national level.

Developing and Maintaining NCSC Awards Programs.

Supervising Ad Hoc Resolution Committees and other Ad Hoc Committees as deemed necessary by the Executive Board
